Lower Level Remodel

The clients of this basement wanted to completely reconfigure how they used their current lower level walkout space. The existing stairway ended awkwardly into a corner of the basement and the existing spaces did not take advantage of the window layout and now the sunlight entered into the space. We re-oriented the stair so that it now turned 90 degrees to land in the new pool table area in the center of the lower level. We also created a wonderful new bar area and family room that use subtle arches to define and connect the spaces. The family now loves to entertain their friends or watch a movie with the family in the new lower level.
