Sometimes one project just isn’t enough and, to date, Jim has designed and built three separate projects for this house. While the aesthetic has always been interesting and bold, the spaces all now have a consistent feel, prompting one to wonder where the old house stops and new house begins.
The first project added a second story master suite. The second, remodeled the kitchen, updated the front entry and powder room and added a new three-season porch over an extended garage below. The third, and final project, so far, remodeled the basement and added a new office/flex space.
Although built at different times the “cool” modern aesthetic theme has been consistent through all of the changes. The homeowners bold color palette and desire to have a little fun combined with some creative design details make the spaces lively and interesting.
