Minneapolis Refresh

Sometimes a simple change can make a huge difference.  This existing kitchen needed a facelift but it had enough space and most of the layout worked great.  What it was really lacking was a connection to the dining room and rest of the house. The new kitchen we created is a fresh update with a large opening to the sun filled dining room.  It now feels like it is an integral part of this beautiful house.  

The Owners Suite bath also needed a facelift.  After 100 years of settling, the tile floors and walls had cracked and nothing was working very well.   Once again, the space was adequate and the layout worked great.  

We updated the entire bath and added a built-in cabinet that creates a place for everything.  .  We also opened up the shower to the rest of the space by using glass walls to make the whole room feel larger. The result is a calmer, more peaceful space to start your day.
