White Oaks Sunroom and Pool House

This project was a two-phase project. The first phase was to design and build a new garage and pool house in the backyard. The family needed and over-sized two-car garage as well as an attached pool house with a changing area and place to store the pool things. Siting the garage was key so that we didn't create too much driveway but also so that the pool house could be right next to the future pool.

The second phase was an addition that added a new sunroom to the home. The south facing, light-filled new space houses an informal eating area as well as beautiful spot to sit and read a book or watch a game
